I was born in the Bronx, NY, but I moved to Georgia in 1993. Three children and over 25 years later, I am officially an apple/peach hybrid. I opened Love Always Publishing in 2016 and serve as a freelance writer, editor, and writing coach. I also work as an Adjunct English Instructor and a Worship Director at my church.

I have always been a writer. From poems to songs to essays, I loved putting pen to paper. However, I primarily stayed in the realm of songwriting until I ventured into the newsletter world out of necessity. Writing became a means by which I could create community. I found my passion and my calling in communicating to build community.

I have a bachelor's in Journalism, a master's in Human Resource Management, a master's in Professional Writing, and a master's of Fine Arts in Creative Writing.

I believe everyone has a story to tell and something to say. My writing style is a reflection of this belief. I write when I have something to say. Sometimes, I need to say something for me, but most of the time I write on behalf of others. As a writer and editor, I make sure my clients are heard and understood. As a writing coach, I help

In addition to helping others write, we have also have ministry intended to touch people through letters and cards.
Imagine a light that grows and grows because each person it touches chooses to share it with each person with whom he or she comes in contact. Imagine a world where people choose to be interconnected, choose to inspire and be inspired, choose to love and be loved. Envision a world where literacy is taught for the sake of speaking life. Imagine a world where an intimate lost art is reborn for the sake of spreading God's love. That's the world Love Always Ministries will work to nurture.
The P.R.O.M.I.S.E. and our commitment is to reach the following groups.
P - Prisoners
R - Rehab facilities
O - Orphanages/Children's Homes
M - Military (deployed men and women - active, reserve, boot camp)
I - Institutions (colleges, churches, etc.)
S - Shelters
E - Elderly (assisted living residents and shut-ins)
The purpose of Love Always Ministries is multi-fold. While the ministry's primary objective is to write letters, we do so for various reasons.
- To share God's promise by reaching out to those needing interaction and the simple kindness of a stranger
- To make sure no person feels forgotten or unloved
- To help teach people the lost art of letter writing
- To encourage literacy
- To make people feel good, whether it be the letter writers or the receivers
- To help people feel purposeful
- To change the world, one letter at a time
It takes one letter to start a word...one word to start a sentence...one sentence to start a letter.
